		**Scarlett**

Scarlett is the Prinlav of Awnbiro, a Human-Folk, and the heir to this country’s throne. Against her parent’s wishes, she had made away with the Mask of Anger, intent on joining you even when it meant leaving her little sister behind. She’s never acted quite how you thought a Prinlav would, all sense of superiority and fanciness gone the moment you left the castle.

Both parents had apparently disapproved of her given magic- bright red magic that she flaunts proudly- and her refusal to try to change it. Her gaze darkens whenever they’re brought up, so the group tends to avoid the topic. She can be quite scary.

		**Cerule**

Cerule, on the other hand, was her polar opposite. Where Scarlett was brash and fierce, Cerule was mellow and quiet. A Coyote-Folk from the eastern edge of the country, you and Blot had met him while tracking down the Mask of Sadness- the first of the masks you’d collected.

Him and his teenage son (an unruly kid named Periwinkle, though only his dad could call him anything but Peri) had teamed up to fight the Audience Member that had stolen the mask. Afterward, Cerule had stuck with you, intent on saving the country- and his son.

		**Blot**

A magical paint spirit who's guiding you (Maize) on your journey to gather the three theatre masks and stop the Ringmaster from keeping the world in a state of colorlessness. Very task-focused and irritable, Blot loathes small talk, especially in groups. They tend to stay quiet unless the group is getting distracted.

		**The Jester**

The fifth member of your merry crew! The Jester is an ex-member of The Troupe of Fools- the circus troupe that the Ringmaster was also part of. Extremely little is known about them, save for the folk tales about them being the reason that Audience Members (horrendous monsters that attack anything with magic) roam the land. Only this one poem is common knowledge about the Troupe:

	The Troupe of Fools,
	So Great, So Grand,
Where Many Make Their Final Stand.
With Colors of the Soul Unbound,
	Eternity May Yet Be Found.

The Jester is a talented fellow, being the only one you know of that can wield three strains of magic. This comes with the side effect of him coming across as a tad insane, but he assures you it's only because he finds people's reactions hilarious. He's apparently very attached to the party.
